About Brett Mote
Prior to becoming a realtor 15 years ago, I worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years where I was able to travel and live in Australia and the Cayman Islands.
However, it became increasingly apparent to me that I needed to follow my passion for real estate and decided to obtain my real estate license in 2006. I began my real estate career at Century 21 and then, 5 years later, had the opportunity to move over to Sotheby’s International Realty where I became part of a top-producing team. The experience and knowledge I received during this time was invaluable and I am so grateful for the opportunity. Five years after that, I found my way to MaxWell Capital Realty.
I understand that the buying and selling process can be incredibly stressful. This is one of the biggest decisions people will make in their lives and it should be done with serious consideration. Part of my job is to help mitigate that stress, and allow the entire process to flow uninhibited as much as possible. I am extremely patient and take my time understanding my client’s wants and needs, something that sets me apart from other agents. My clients have expressed appreciation for my patience and perseverance, never feeling rushed or pressured. This is exactly what I want for my clients. I want them to feel supported and confident in my abilities, knowing that they are in good hands during the entire home buying/selling process.
My passion for real estate isn’t solely about buying and selling, that’s only a part of it. It’s everything that comes with the process of buying and selling, from start to finish. It’s the satisfaction of knowing that I have helped someone find the home they were looking for.
I am a born and raised Albertan, and have been residing in Calgary for the last 30 years where I live with my wife and two boys.
